Wikipedia describes a virtual office as "a combination of off-site live communication and address services that allow users to reduce traditional office costs while maintaining business professionalism. Frequently the term is confused with “office business centers” or “executive suites” which demand a conventional lease whereas a true virtual office does not require that expense."
How would you describe your vision of a Virtual Office?
A virtual office space doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s physically non-existent. In fact, it is a space in a particular building or location that is leased for a reasonable amount and has the same features as a regular office. The difference however is that a normal office space is usually abuzz with people and equipment, while a virtual workplace contains minimal equipment and is used primarily as a business address to send and receive letters to and from the company.

A virtual office in my vision is an office that provides space and staff to maintain your business without any of the overhead costs. It can include, phone answering, postal addresses and admin support.
