How would you describe your vision of a Virtual Office?

Wikipedia describes a  virtual office as "a combination of off-site live communication and address services that allow users to reduce traditional office costs while maintaining business professionalism. Frequently the term is confused with “office business centers” or “executive suites” which demand a conventional lease whereas a true virtual office does not require that expense."

Start Up the New Year – Win a Virtual Office at Orlando Office Center in Lake Mary.

During the economic downturn, a large number of Seminole County businesses were forced to challenge their need of traditional office space.   A growing number of these users are “going virtual”.  A virtual office presence allows businesses to run from home offices or on the road with the professional image of a traditional office.  Studies have proven that a virtual office worker can be just as, if not more, productive as their peers in a traditional office.  Start up businesses can benefit by saving thousands in startup costs by using a virtual office to begin building their business. Mailing address, live reception call answering, meeting space, even administrative support is all at Orlando Office Center’s Virtual Office.

Like the idea?  Enter to win Orlando Office Center’s “Start up the New Year – Win a Virtual Office” contest.  Visit www.orlandoofficecenter.com or the office at 1035 Primera Boulevard, Suite 1041, Lake Mary, for official contest rules and entry.  There is no purchase required for this contest and is open now through January 31, 2011.  The grand prize winner will be selected on or about February 4, 2011 and will be entitled to a free 12 month Virtual Office agreement (contest rules apply) with Orlando Office Center at Lake Mary.
